You need to make an official complaint about that nurse. Yr levels are just fine and it doesnt matter what yr first draw is, just that it doubles in 48hrs. You really need to express yr displeasure at her attitude as she should NOT have said that and made you anxious as that is the worst thing for a newly pregnant woman. My hcg was only 51 @ 14dpo but it went up like it should have and im now 13wks. Congrats on the baby!!!

I agree! I can't believe she would tell you that. That number is good. I was 4 wks and 2 days and my hcg was 22 and my doc acted like there was hope even though I knew I would miscarry. I miscarried 2 day later. Try to relax and enjoy the wonderful blessing growing inside of you.

First of all, thats one number and it tells u nothing more than that u are pregnant. 4+2 is not that far along, esp if u O'd later than cd14. The number itself is perfectly fine, look at the charts online, u are within range for avg betas. Dont start stressing and worrying, u need a second beta done, then and only then will u know if anything is potentially not right. Until then, save urself and baby the nasty influx of Cortisol, and enjoy ur pregnancy. One day at a time, ur thinking too far in advance.
Try to relax, I know its hard given ur history...but its exactly that, history...live in the present. =))
