When can I TTC or even just have sex after ectopic

I had an ectopic pregnancy 3 weeks ago and almost bled to I death internally. Left tube was removed and physically I feel ok (not 100% yet though). Emotionally I'm a complete wreck, but I feel like I need that 'intimacy' with my husband. So when is it safe to have sex again, or TTC?

You should consult a professional to be on the same side. They normally say wait a whole cycle before having sex again. Good luck, and im sorry for your loss <3
