Vitex and Dong Quai dosages

I have long cycles which seem to be increasing every month. I just finished a 37 days cycle where I ovulated on CD23.

I just bought 400mg capsules of Vitex and am wondering if I should take 2 or 3 per once daily.?

The Dong Quai label is confusing to me as it says,
Dong Quai 4:1 Extract 125mg
Dong Quai powder 250mg
So Im not sure how many I should take or how many times per day.

Anyone with experience ??? Thanks.

I took Fertilaid, which has vitex and prenatal vitamins in it. Your bottle should say something about how many to take a day or check and see if they have a 1-800 # or website & ask them.
