Are these symptons early signs of pregnancy?

I am 7dpo,I'm having mild cramps under my tummy, the ones that you'd normally get a day before your period,plus my breasts feel tender and I also have mild back and leg aches. Are these symptoms early signs of pregnancy?

YES!! my first sign is always dull cramping on implantation day-- looks good!!

Could be either hormones from post-ovulation, pending AF or pregnancy. There is no 100% way to tell these symptoms are coming from a pregnancy this early on.

Me...33 Hubby...34 Nov 2002...high risk pregnancy, preterm labor @ 31wks, held in our son until 37wks, born 7lbs, 20in October 2007...blighted ovum @ 6w4d, D&C October 2012...fetal death @7w4d subchorionic hematoma, D&C, 46 chromosomes, normal female Waiting to TTC until June!
