13dpo Pinching sensation

Af due in two days I usually get a migraine two days before but no migraine just this weird pinching sensation in my womb on both sides i've felt it.
I hope i get my tests today to test.
Anyone had these symptom and found out they were pregnant. I am also very very tired had 13 hours sleep last night and still tired today I even had a two hour nap yesterday which is unlike me I never sleep in the afternoon. I really hope this is the month.
