average cycle length 34days,opk+,no menses,day43,upt-

31yrs old,DH 31yrs.TTC 8months
I am a known case of PCOS,managed on diet,exercise and Inositol.
Average cycle length 34days.
Used OPK for the 1st time,positive on 29th Jan. Expected periods 13th Feb2014.
did urine pregnancy test on 18thFeb(day40) came negative. Today is day 43;still no pregnancy/PMS symptoms.
Am i pregnant or I didn't ovulate?
