I've done 12 rounds of it, whatcha wanna know?

I did it this cycle: cd 2-7 @ 80mg hoping for an extra egg or two. On cd 11 right now with a good amount of cramping from both sides and very neg OPK this evening

is it best to just do 80 mg the first try? or should I up it for the last two days?

I've just done my 1st round of soy, I did 120mg on CD 3-7 and I ovulated 2 days early with good strong ovulation pains and I'm now 2DPO so we will see, I've been TTC 2 years now with 3 miscarriages aswell xx

I've tried it in a couple cycles. It didn't work for me and I think it just made an ovarian cyst worse. First cycle, I took only 80mg and I still didn't ovulate until almost 4 weeks into the cycle. The second time I tried it, I went 80, 80, 120, 120, 120. In that second cycle, I again had delayed ovulation (CD 31) and very bad ovary pain plus killer cramps and heavy bleeding when my period finally did come on CD 45. Didn't bother with soy this cycle. Decided to take a break this month from all pills/supplements and being OPK/BBT obsessed.

watch that soy. it made my thyroid under active. and still have problems.
