If you are a coffee drinker, cut back to one or two really weak coffees a day (babies don't like coffee), No alcohol (some people say it is ok but I don't believe them for one second), be very careful before taking any medication (always check it is ok for pregnant women).

Lots of fruit/vegetables. Get your midwife to check your iron (your baby will use alot of it), red meat a couple of times a week, dairy like yoghurt. Relax, walking is good, drink water (no dieting unless your midwife/doctor tells you to)

I drank a lot of coffee while preg with my first and had no issues with growth or anything. Thats something thats a personal opinion on everyone's behalf. Personally, I havent cut out caffeine etc. I wont touch alcohol or eat anything cooked in it, even if it does burn off, I wont risk that. I wont eat red meat that isnt cooked to well done, or eat any luncheon meats due to the risk for listeriosis. Soft unpasturized cheeses are bad as well. If u google, u can find a list of do not eat's for pregnant women. For the headaches, lotsa water, tylenol is the safe drug. Make sure ur taking a prenatal as well...as long as u arent deficient in any vitamin/mineral, the prenatal should cover the daily requirements. As for exhaustion, not a lot u can do with that one. Get rest when u can, exercise will help with energy levels, so will healthy foods (salads, fruits etc).
When in doubt, speak with a doctor, if u cant, then dont do or eat it. Better safe than sorry.
Congrats!! =))
