Could it be lack of progesterone?

Hi all I am new here. Been ttc for 4 months now. I have got my charting down pat. I the past months my cycle has been 26/27 days with an O on cd16. Which leaves me with an lp of 10 days which I know is ok but on the shorter side. This month AF arrived on cd23 and only lasted for a day. This meant my lp was only 7 days which I know is to short.

Does this sound like it could be a lack of progesterone or just a fluke that AF came so early and left so quick? Any thoughts?

It was more then spotting though. It was a little mucusy. Could that still be ib?
