Ectopic pregnancy, had to have an emergency unilateral laparoscopic salpingectomy...advice??? :(
As said above...my DH and I lost our first baby on October 21, 2014, we weren't even trying this time bc its only been a few months...then in a whirlwind we went to the ER after 9 days of excruciating pain and found out we were pregnant w an ectopic,pregnancy including abdominal bleeding, it was obviously a non-viable pregnancy...emotionally torn. Almost as if I can feel nothing?? I have been pregnant a total of 4 times and have no biological children...i am now considered a high risk pregnancy, and extra steps will need to be taken from this point forward. Anyone going through a similar situation? Prayers through Jesus are always encouraged...thanks

Hi i had an ectopic back in 2011 and i was extremely devastated as u were. Had to have emergency surgery and lost my right tube. Did u loose a tube? Five months later found out i was pregnant again but also n the tube. I have had 3 loses and also considered high risk. Im still trying to have my first child and hoping every cycle is my cycle. Yes I did lose a tube, as well as drained a cyst on the opposite ovary from the lost tube and drained blood from my abdomen. This is my 4th pregnancy, second with my husband. I've never had a pregnancy over 7 weeks. The doctor recommended that we give ourselves a good,six months before trying again...what were your after effects??
