Advice TTC

Ok ladies.. I would like to have everybody's input on how to make TTC easier. Should I take fertility aid vitamins? Prenatal vitamins? I'm on CD1 and I would like to know what everyone else is doing to increase their chances of conceiving! My last pregnancies I never "tried" and never kept track of my cycle. This time I am trying and can't seem to have any success. Any input from other ladies TTC would be greatly appreciated!

After 14 months of no success I started taking Maca Root capsules and Evening Primrose Oil capsules days 1-14 and got pregnant that same month. Look into it!

Take prenatals to prepare your body I also bought vitex for next month if I don't conceive this month

I never tracked my cycle because it was just too random. I did take folic acid supplement as well as a prenatal vitamin daily and my husband and I did the "deed" every other day. I always get pregnant first try after I do that.

You should take prenatals with the appropriate amount of folic acid.

Me: 45, unexplained (but now ancient) Husband: 46 (perfect in every way) Married 21 years 1 daughter born 07/2011 after TTC for 12 years

I took Fertilaid + Fertile CM + Ovaboost for a few weeks, then had IUI (after gonal f stimulation) and conceived. I know, kind of cheating with the stimulation and all, but hey, worked so far. Baby dust to all!
