Is this Montogomery Tubercules or what?

Hi, I'm maybe like 7 to 8 DPO and I have pain in my breast, I saw in one of the areola 2 to 3 white spots its not a lump just like spots. This is or can be montgomery tubercules? thanks!

It is just the bumps that are already there more pronounced. If you run over the info in the symptoms section it tells you that. Hope it was helpful!
