red to brown to black spotting!help!
im now 6w 2d pregnant.from 5w 5d I have been having brown spotting.yesterday I had bright red spotting then today its like a black gunk.i was in the er yesterday and the doctor done an abdominal scan (hes not trained in scans :( ) and he showed me my womb with what appered to be a black blob inside im not sure I was trying not to watch!he said my cervix was still losed and upon doing an exam he said he couldn't find any cause for the bleeding.i have a scan in the early pregnancy unit on Wednesday.does this sound promising to you?today I still have no pain or anything and its gone to just black discharge today.......the doctor said yesterday that my test is still a good stong positive (mid afternoon).whats your opinion on this please?im confused and terrified at the same time :( thanks xx

In the beginning of my pregnancy I had some bleeding as well, most was dark brown but there was once or twice that it was bright red and I even had what seemed to be a clot. I was perfectly fine, baby was great and I am not 32 weeks. I know it is hard not to worry but everyones pregnancy is different. Good luck to you and congrats!
