Bleeding? Have questions 20 weeks

I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow (Mon.) I had a 19 week sono wed. to find out the gender (girl). Seen the doc on thurs.
I have been bleeding since sunday the 5th brown d/c some clots not a lot. Had it everyday until wed came had very little but almost midnight had bright red blood and by three am had bright red blood with red clots. It's sunday a week and it's gone back to brown discharge little clots once or twice but today nothing so far. She is thinking it's the placenta but said lets do bed rest and I'll see you again in two weeks. What is your thoughts. Placenta previa? She wasn't too sure and wondering if she will think she will know more in two weeks. I didn't ask question to much cause I didn't know what to ask or think but now doing research this is what im thinking???
