Implantation bleeding ??? Pregnant ???

Ok, here are the dates :) started 11/20. Took clomid 5-9. US cd 15 follicles were 22.8 and 20.0. Trigger shot that night. We bd cd 14,17,19. Today cd 28 and had brown discharge when I wiped. I have has hot flashes, food aversions, cravings, boobs feel fuller. I have also been very fatigued. Any one have implantation bleeding ? Thoughts ?
