I am now 5w4d preg. Yet I still have no symptoms. Could this be a sign that something is wrong?
My 1st pregnancy I had a MC at 7 1/2 weeks. I had no symptoms of being PG then either and I had no symptoms when the baby passed away. (no cramping, no bleeding, nothing) I found out the baby had passed away BC I was at my first appointment, I was supposed to be 12 weeks but when the doc heard no HB, we did a vaginal US and couldn't see the HB or hear it. I got pregnant again after that and gave birth to a healthy boy. Now I am PG again, but this lack of symptoms is really irritating me, I don't have an appointment for a few weeks. So I was just wondering if this is normal, no symptoms at 5w4d? I am trying not to worry but we all know how that goes.
Thanks for reading my post, I know it's quite long but I figured a little history may help.

I know my mother said she had almost no symptoms or morning sickness or anything with any of her 4 pregnancies (she had all girls). I have also heard that boys often give less symptoms due to diff hormones than baby girls. So I know that you can have a great pregnancy and healthy birth even if you don't have obvious symptoms. With one of my sons I got all the symptoms right away and with the other I didn't get any until I was about 9 weeks, every pregnancy is different so try not too stress about it too much. If you are very concerned ask your doctor for an early ultrasound just after 7 weeks. Good Luck!
