I am on my fourth cycle with clomid 50mg. It gives me some pretty wicked got flashes . I wish I had a success story to tell you but I'm still waiting for my bfp. Hopefully I will have good news next week! Good luck.

Clomid is used to induce ovulation. It doesnt work for everyone tho.
Basically it blocks estrogen receptors in the brain, this causes the body to think its low on estrogen so in response it increases gonadotropins like FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone) which amp up ovarian production of eggs. More eggs equal more estrogen, more estrogen equals stronger, better quality eggs.

I did 5 round of the stuff, 3 rounds at 100mg, 1 round at 100/150 mix and 1 round at 150 before I got my BFP! Be prepared to feel ovulation. U'll probably get some cramping and/or bloating. I had no hot flashes or headaches, but it is a very common symptom so be ready for that as well.

i have been on clomid, we fell pregnant first time round but lost our little angel last Tuesday and we were 5 weeks along, im am about to start taking estrogrogen to bring on my period this week and then the clomid to ovulate and fall pregnant again hopefully first time round! best of luck to you! dont let my M/C put you off as my body is very irregular and it just happened like that for me
