I'm in the same exact boat....it's kinda crazy....I'm getting cramps and lower back pain with much more cm then normal...when I had my iud I was totally normal... Now I'm not on anything ... It's a dud.... Ive had so many negs it's nuts. I just wanna know if Iam or not. Just for peace of mind. I know I didn't help much but I'm glad I know I'm not alone :)

I feel like I am pregnant...It could all be in my head. too many things at once to be a coincidence you would think.. at least that's what I hope. first time off bc for the first time in 10 years. plus I am getting older lol good luck!! no you are not alone!!

I think the key to remember is that when you are getting off of bc, unfortunately it takes quite a while for all of it to get out of your system. I am on my third cycle and just now starting to feel normal. All of the symptoms of coming off of bc are all the same as pregnancy. I wasted a lot of time and money taking those darn test only to be disappointed every time. Then once I got a very faint positive which I now think was a chemical pregnancy. I never really thought about how hard and how frustrating it would be ttc. I am now on 7dpo and have been cramping the entire day. I want to think its implementation but you just never know. Women's body are so crazy.
