iv been experience constipation,feel as if my bladder is full bt when i go 2 pee its only a lil

iv been experience constipation,fel as if my bladder is ful bt whn i go 2 pee its only lil urine and it happens friquently,dry mouth nd also i had mucus like discharge 3 days before i expereince all the constipations nd full bladder bt whn i go 2 toilet only lil urine is cumin...wat wl b da cause of al dat
