Cramping few days after period ending? What would that mean?

Hi there :) I was wondering if its happened to anyone before? Ã?m on cd10 and been cramping the last couple of days the cramps are down in my lower back.. I done a pregnancy test about a week before my periodand it was neg. Thinking its just stress or something? Id love to hear anybody elses experience with this?? Thank you & baby dust to everyone :)
