Question

Why Do I Have Cramping in R Lower Abdominal Only 3 DPO?

I always get cramping about 4 days before AF starts, and the cramping is always painful but never do I get any sort of cramping throughout my cycle. We have been TTC for four months now and we made sure to try again during ovulation. It was since 1 DPO that I have noticed a sharp ovary pain in the lower right abdominal area about every hour. It doesn't last long, and its not too painful, more so uncomfortable. Does anybody know what this might be or is there any other woman who has experienced this and had good news days later? (BFP) . Wishing everyone baby dust and a great Christmas. xo

This happened to me last month and the month before (especially bad). In my left side - which is also the side I lost a tube on in an ectopic. The pains were right under my scars near my hip bone, which is where the ovary is. I had terrible sharp pains in my ovary area for days. I was convinced I was pregnant because it was so extreme what else could it be - or that I must have some kind of ovary problem. I haven't been checked out yet - last month it wasn't so obvious, I never would have noticed it if I weren't obsessing about every little cramp. So I'll see what this month brings. In short, sure, it could be a BFP sign... but it could be "normal".... :/
