Question

What's the Best, Easiest Aid to Getting me Pregnant?

I am 28 years old, have no fertility problems that I know of, and have a healthy 4 year old boy. Now I want to add to our family; a girl would be great. My husband and I have made this bargain; we will actively TRY for one month, after that we'll just stop trying NOT to. Well, I want it now! So, how do I make the most of my chances in my fertile window this cycle? I've heard of cough syrup, and I'll do anything else I can; the only criteria is that it's got to be something I can do quick! Help!

Hi there! That sounds like a fun plan, but I would be the same as you, I wanna be pregnant now!!! lol I've heard a lot of great things about Evening Primrose Oil (EPO). EPO increases fertile cervical mucous and make your cervical mucous a sperm-freindly environment. It's a capsule that you supposed to take once AF is done and until the day of ovulation. Stop taking it once you know you've ovulated, because it can cause uterine contractions, which you dont want if you're pregnant. Also, if you aren't 100% positive of when you ovulate, consider charting BBT or using OPK's. It takes some of the guesswork out. Good Luck, I hope this cycle is all you need!!
