Experience with vitex? Cramping 6 days before normal ovulation date. How many cycles before BFP?

I have pcos that makes me ovulate poops eggs. In turn I spot from 7dpo until AF appears. I started taking vitex to try it beforegoing on clomid. This is my first cycle. I had some cramping near left ovary cd 10, about 6 days before normal O date.

Also have had LOTS of creamy cm so far and I am usually pretty dry...so that makes me hopeful for lots of EWCM lol

I started vitex about a week before my last period was due. I usually would have 5-6 days of heavy bleeding with 3-4 days of spotting after that. After only taking the vitex the week leading up to my period, and then during my period, it ended on CD6-7!! I was ecstatic. Then, on CD 15, for the first time ever I think, I had EWCM. I have had the same cramps that you talked about in your post, but they have never been what I'd describe as severe, and now I don't even really get them. Anyways, I am really impressed by what vitex is doing for me. Hopefully you will see the results you're looking for too! GOOD LUCK, and mucho, mucho baby dust :D
