Could I be Pregnant?

I'm noticing some dark blue veins a lot of places that I haven't seen them before, like on my breasts, arms, and legs. Also, my nipples have been a purplish color for the past few days and my breasts hurt. I've had some cramping as well and my lower back has went through stages of aching really bad. I've also had headaches on and off for about a week.

I'm curious as to whether all of these symptoms can come from just normal PMS. I've been on antibiotics for the past month or so and also missed about two weeks of bc because I lost the packet so now I guess I'm just having to wait and see what happens.
