When should I start worrying?
I took birth control for the last 2 year's, I stopped in August and had a period on August 21, I used opks and I ovulated on September 3 (cd14) but then I started my period again on September 14, with only a 10 day lp. It was a 24 day cycle. I've always had a 28 day cycle and ovulated on cd 14, even when I came off of bc in the past. This is my second cycle and I'm on cd 15, I've had negative opks and no signs of ovulation at all. What the heck is going on? I'm getting worried :-(

You are no where close to needing to worry yet. It could take 6 months to a year to get normal/regular cycles back after going off bcp. But the fact that you got a 28 day cycle back after bcp before leads me to think it will probably happen sooner rather than later. If you stress about it you could throw them off even more.

It can take a while for cycles to regulate after BCPs. Don't panic. Also, you might find it settles into a different pattern than before. I used to have cycles of 29-32 days and now they are 25-28. Maximise your health with regular sleep, exercise and healthy eating. Go to your doc after 6 cycles if you need to.
