When I was pregnant with my first, I bled for 2 days straight like a brownish pinkish color - enough to fill a tampon. It was right around the time of my period. I thought it was just my period but it only lasted 2 days...and then stopped. It was actually implanting bleeding but I didn't know until 4 weeks later when I missed my period and found out I was 8 weeks pregnant.....it could be implantation!

Okay thanks so much, yea i am now 1 day late and still only spotting, its really only when i wipe, and just alittle bit on a panty liner but nothing at all like a period, i have 2 children and never did this with them when i was pregnant so i wasn't sure what was going on.

I'm in the same situation as you. I usually have 2-3 days of brown spotting before getting my AF but this time I got the brown discharge the same day as the AF. I'm just hoping it's from implantation because I've been having light cramping on and off since 2 dpo. If i do get my period this time it will mean all that cramping, heartburn, sore nipples etc have been in vain. It was annoying but the thought of pregnancy causing it made it more bearable :(

I am acually 2 days late today, Not having anymore brown discharge just kind of cramping like my period is coming on. i took a Pregnancy test and it came out negitive. Kinda bummed but i know it will happen when it's my turn. I have 2 beautiful daughters. I can wait alittle longer for # 3.

If it's been 2 days since your af was due and you always start on time with no brown spotting, you still have hope. Keep me posted with whatever results, please. I know every woman is different but it keeps us busy knowing about others in a similar situation. Doing laundry now and getting ready to go to the beach later. That alone probably increases my chances of getting my AF today lol. Good luck my dear!

An update just in case someone is in the same situation. After 2 days of brown spotting I got my AF on July 4th...I'm getting ready for next month now. This past month was my first month trying and one thing I did wrong was to pay attention to my body so much. This next cycle coming up is going to be different. I'm just going to relax and not obsess over symptoms since it's not reliable at all. Plus it made the last 2 weeks extremely slow!! At the end, only the pregnancy test can tell you if you really are pregnant or not.

I ended up starting my AF this month which is fine. I spoke with my doctor and he advised me to put my patch back on for 3 weeks just to make me stop bleeding, and then take the Clomid on day 5 of my cycle. So we will see what happens....

Did you end up preggers? im going thru the same same thing. 2 days late, 2 days of brown spotting now gone.
