Implantation Bleeding? CD 22 DPO 7

Yesterday I was on CD 22 and 7 DPO. I had some slight red blood. Today I have a brown discharge. Could this be implantation bleeding? I am 7 days post ovulation. My cycles are 32 days. Is it too early to be implantation bleeding? Has anyone else had this experience? The brown discharge is only when I wipe. And I have had no more red bleeding? If it is implantation, when can I test?
