Symptoms

Hi i was wondering in early pregnancy if anyone else has a pressure on top of their vagina like a pulled muscle feeling? Also my lower back hurts, also feeling kind of weird tingly feelings like cramps but not painful...is this normal or something I need to worry about???

im estimated four weeks according to these online calculator things. at first i was having cramps for most of the day but now they come and go and kind of makes me just remember im pregnant. damn they hurt though i have to stop and pause.
