Question

Just had tubal reversal on 7/9/13..TTC. Should I go strait to clomid or use OPK??

Hi :) I'm new to this forum...just had a tubal reversal on 7/9/13, DH and I are very excited to start trying for our little one. I have 3 children from a previous marriage and had my tubes tied after my last child was born (13 years ago). My husband and I have no children together. After doing some research on OPK's and clomid, I am a bit overwhelmed on where to start. I am currently cycle day 7....when is the best time to start using an OPK. My reproductive endocrinologist said he would start me on clomid at my post op appt (8/7/13) if I wanted. Any info on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

The OPK box normally has the start date listed on the paperwork in the box. Your start date typically depends on the length of your cycle. The clearblue easy website also has a calculator that determines when you begin testing as well. GL!
