Is it a flow? Or just spotting ? One people spot during pregnancy so it may not mean a miscarriage but go see your doctor and let them have a check.

Many women get spotting in early pregnancy. Its normal. If you are getting pains and the bleeding gets heavier its more than likely be a miscarriage. If the spotting continues without pain then consult your doctor they may be able to get you in for an early scan x x

It's not heavy enough for a panty liner, when I use the bathroom is when I notice it. I have not been 2 th Dr yet

YES you can use the test if you are bleeding. I think you should take it tomorrow morning if you can wait! and you sound pregnant. I agree with the other women though, it depends on how much you are bleeding to know if its a sticky bean or not. I think not bleeding with your other pregnancies is NOT necessarily a bad sign. Every pregnancy is different!
