Spotting /Period?

I had some bleeding on day 35 of my previous cycle. I only had to wear a small tampon and normally the first day I have to wear a Super. I was able to wear it for the full 8 hours and then I changed it. The next day I had some heavy bleeding but just kinda darkish red/brown. Then I spotted here and there for two more days. Since then I have had very bad headaches and the past three days I get very nauseated at the same time each morning. Extremely tired as well! I have taken lots of naps in the past week. Anybody have any advise? Idk when I ovulated for sure so I'm not sure if I should try a test or not.
