Question

Is my beta hcg too low?

My last period was April 13th. I think I ovulated a little late, maybe around May 1st or 2nd. I didn't get a positive test result until May 22nd. On the 23rd of May, my beta hcg measured 108. The nurse said I am probably somewhere around 4-5 weeks pregnant, and to repeat the bloodwork in 48 hours.

Is 108 low for someone who is 4-5 weeks pregnant OR who is 5 weeks + 5 days after their LMP? I am SO nervous that this is a bad sign! Also, the only symptoms I have are sore nipples, minor dull back pain, and increased appetite. No bleeding, spotting, or any pelvic pain.... yet.

Hcg can vary so much that its tough to say. More important than the actual number is whether or not it's increasing properly. Are they going to take another?

This is funny because I'm exactly in the same situation as you, with the same dates and everything! Exept I have tested my Beta yesterday at 23 dpo and it was at 215. So now I'm really worry that something bad will happen. I've been trying for almost a year, I don't want to lose my baby. Will you test your rate again? When? I'm planning on retest on the 28. Keep me posted!
