Af/implant/ov or pregg after mmc & d&c...help pleeeeeeese xxx

i mc on 17tth april at 12weeks had a d&c on the 19th and was told to start the 20th as cycle day 1. Fertility charts said ovulation on the 19th/20th this month (doc told me it was ok to start again).
So I started carting my cm which ive never done before ad it seemed to be right with the current day. We dtd on the 15th, 16th, 17th & 20th (bf was ill in between).
The 19th i had lower back pain and cramps but just on right side, & a pink pinpoint in my cm (sorry). I had the same on the 20th. No blood since, cm has almost halved to what it was but cramps have got worse today on and off and feel very tigh, still bad back,boobs are feeling heavy and tight with a bra on, done a test today got a bfn on internet cheapie, any idears? xx
