Question

Today is day 31 of my cycle and is the first day I got a positive OPk. Is this even possible?

I got off birth control at the end of December and have had the most irregular periods since. First cycle lasted 48 days and second lasted 62 days? No signs of ovulation in either. I have been using OPk's twice daily this cycle throughout the WHOLE cycle ugg! And today on day 31 first positive. Is that even possible?

I think so. Our bodies go through a lot when on the pill and depending on your age and how long you were using the pill could be deciding factors on how long it takes to get back to normal. I believe the opk and I think you should try as long as the opk tells you are ovulating.
If you think there is something wrong with your cycle you should see your dr and tell them you want to conceive. Then they can test you if you have other concerns. Good luck.

Hello! I have an average of a 38 day cycle myself. I usually O around CD 22-24 which gives me a 14 to 16 day luteal phase. If you have longer cycles, yes, it is possible.
