is being constantly hungry an early pregnancy sign?

Just wondering if this is normal?had my last period on 3 May which was lighter and less painful than usual. 13 May ive started to get constantly hungry no matter how much i eat. Breasts are also starting to ache and tingle and have been frequently urinating.
