Nutso? Seeing something that's not there?

So I'm 6 days till AF. Lmp was 4/9 and I'm on a 28 day cycle, intimate on 4/22. Since this past saturday, I've been spotting red/brown/white. Enough to fill up a panty liner. For the past week, heaviness about 3-4 fingers below belly button when I sit. full pinchy feeling in left ovary for about 2 weeks. No sore boobs and nothing else besides a mild headzache and backache which is normal for af. Help! :-) thanks
