Am I pregnant ?
my last period in 2nd April........now my nipples become big and hard when I touch I feel bit pain but my overall breast not any pain , and one more thing is gas,,,, my upper belly is also hard......so my question is , those things are any sign of early pregnancy ? or nothing:(

First - do yourself a huge favor and buy the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. If I had a nickel for every question on this site that wouldn't need to be asked if you owned this book, I'd seriously be rich.
There is no way to tell from your question. When did you ovulate? What are your temps doing? Unless you are charting, you will have pretty much zero idea what's going on.
You're only on CD 18 so no matter when you ovulated it's very doubtful you'd have any pregnancy symptoms by now, unless you o'd as early as CD 10 or so, which is quite rare.
