I had a vivid dream i was getting my period... like i could see the bright red blood. Is that bad?

i am expecting my period on 6/1 i tested 2 times and it was negative both times. I'm sure i wasted them by taking them too early... any way the dream kind of freaked me out because it was me in the dream not like i was watch myself like i was myself and i went to the bath room and when i wipe there was bright red blood. I don't typically remember my dreams this one really stuck though.
