Growing pains?..7dpo

Has anyone had leg pain like a growing pain an got a BFP? Also crazy lower back pain? I'm only 7 dpo but I can't sleep the pains that bad.

Everyone is different, of course, but killer back pain for me - at least to this point - has always meant AF is imminent. However, my back pains don't start that early....it's more like 10 or 11 DPO. Hopefully it's implantation pains!!! :) FX for you!
