Anyone get a BFP with FRER at 9dpo or earlier?

This is my first Clomid cycle and our fourth cycle where ovulation took place (first 3 were about a year ago). I found out yesterday that my 8dpo progesterone level was 18.6 (which is really good!) I've been having symptoms all day. Nausea, REALLY sore breasts/nipples, extra energy (not your typical pregnancy symptom but I had it with my first pregnancy) I pee every 5 minutes and its unusually clear (another symptom from my first pregnancy) I've been having trouble sleeping even though I'm tired and even if I only sleep for 20 minutes I have really vivid dreams. I have 4 first response tests and it is taking everything I have not to use them. I want to test this afternoon. I have a weird sleeping schedule so that would be when I wake up. I was just wondering how many people have had BFPs this early, and what everyone's opinions are.
