what chances do i have???? 8DPO today

hi ladies...these are the symtoms that i had as off yesterday - stabbing pains in my abdomen (once just as i lay down to sleep at night), headache in the morning, chills on and off (but i'm usually cold), vvid dreams and restless sleep pattern since a few days, constipation (that cleared today...TMI), white fluid (noticed it when i took bathroom breaks and in my undie), and some nausea (specially last night when i woke up but didnt throw-up).
today i'm 8dpo and the day has only just started but i have increased saliva, and noticed some yellow fluid when i wiped after a bathroom break (tmi)...i do have a funny taste in my mouth since a few days but not sure if its something i'm eating???? or after effects of my prenatal vitamins, iron supplement and/or synthoroid medication...PLUS i feel like i have a sore throat coming up...and i feel blocked in the nose (maybe its my sinus)
what chances do i have ladies???
