I had an early, light 3 day period, then 3 days of nothing and then spotting and symptoms? Opinions?

First off, I hadn't really thought about having another baby before this scare, so we were NOT TTC and ALWAYS used condoms start to finish.

So this month, although my period is normally regular, I was a few days early. That didn't bother me. My first day was normal, flow wise and the following 2 days were considerably lighter, the third day only requiring a couple pantyliners. My period is normally 4-5 days, with the 5th day still being heavy enough for heavier protection then a liner.

After getting off my weird, 3 day period,
I had no bleeding whatsoever for about 3 days only to end up finding a small amount of blood on my underwear the 4th day post period and a few light pink smears on the toilet tissue for a few hours afterwards. No bleeding since.

Now, that's when I started to wonder. I understand I may be freaking myself out, so I'm asking for opinions! Since spotting I have had pretty constant, uncomfortable cramping and weird "twinges", constipation, weepy..
