10 dpo symptoms

so yesterday i had a nose bleed, we have been actively trying to get pregnant... last time i had a nose bleed i was pregnant with my daughter 10 years ago so i tested today on a four days till period test and got a faint line(12mu) test ... almost that faint you have to hold it awy from you to see it... still unsure that its a postive going to do another test tomo ... have 3 days till my period and cramping a bit really tired been wanting my bed from like half 7.... and sleeping through i'm also eatting none stop and my hair seems to have gotten so much thicker...Whats my chances
