no period, negative test

I typically have a 26-30 day cycle but today I am on day 32 with still no sign of my period. 9 DPO I had two drops of bright pink blood when I wiped, so I've been going crazy since then waiting to test. But this morning when I tested it was negative. I've had breast, leg, and hip pains/cramping for the past 10 or so days but everything has since dwindled off, besides mild twinges. Could I still be pregnant with a negative test?
