Positive or False positive??

8dpo, ttc for one year. Low ovarian reserve, fibroid, hormone probs . Had clomid, gonal f and ovitrelle this cycle and still taking duphaston. I've just got a faint positive, not so faint that i'm imagining it, I promise!! Anyone know if this cocktail of medication has given me a false positive or should I be getting hopeful??
