Thick, dark, mucus-y blood 11dpo, little to no cramping-- could it be implantation or miscarriage :(

I've been 'feeling' pregnant for a few days now-- was almost SURE. Last night I was getting twinges in my breasts, and had lower back pain (which I usually get BAD the day of my period, and it doesn't go away til I take something-- but this was light and is gone now). I'm really lightheaded, and nauseous.
I had sex Feb 1, about 11 days ago, and I don't know when my period was supposed to start-- I think if this is it it's early. I got up to pee and a thick rope (sorry, TMI) of dark dark red blood squeezed out. The same thing happened two hours later and filled a pad, but the blood was weird.
Is it normal or bad that I feel lightheaded... anyone know what's going on? I'm scared to go to the doctor :(
I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative, but like I said sex 11 days ago.
I know it's probably my period, but it just doesn't feel normal, and I was SO sure I was pregnant. Strange mild cramping for 5 days before this, pulling sensation. No cramping yet today
