could fertilisation still happen??

Well it is CD15 (possibly 3DPO) and I am still bleeding. 1st 6 days of the cycle was a light brown spotting. It was only there when I wiped and never transferred onto pad. A bit of pink discharge day 7 but again only when wiped. It then turned brown again day 8, 9 and 10 (nothing on pad still). Day 11, 12, 13 and 14 a watery red blood with today turning back brown (looking to be ending but after last 2weeks can not be sure). It never made itself visible on a pad until day 12. Had positive OPK CD10 and again CD12. Was negative CD14 so think ovulation happened. Due to having light bleeding managed to have intercourse on a few days but am so concerned that due to the bleeding fertilisation wont happen. Am so discourage. Could I ovulate and have my egg fertilised whilst bleeding still??
