11dpo and +hpt!!!!!!

I have been cramping for the past 6 days and have had a sore back but no other symptoms. Took a pregnancy test on 8dpo and nothing, decided to take one today at 11dpo with Fmu and got a light positive after a minute and it only kept getting darker. Now the stick is dry and its pretty dark!! Stupid question but once a test is positive it should mean we are pregnant and wouldnt be a false negative right? Everything was seen with the 5 minutes. I'll be making a doctors appointment tomorrow! I took a test the detected 10ml of hcg(earlypregancytests.com) so my doctors test should pick this up as well?
