Question

Lower luteal phase temps???

This is my 4 month bbt charting and my luteal phase temps are lower than they have ever been. Normally they rise to a norm of around 98.6 but this cycle it's 98.2. Does anyone know why or if it's normal to have a lower luteal phase temp. They have been lower since 5 dpo and I'm now 9dpo but had a small rise. Thanks for advice.

I'm really new to bbt charting like it's my first cycle doing it. And I've researched the crap out of it. Do u have triphasic charts? I know sometimes temps can fluctuate sometimes per cycle. Maybe if it's not like u to have a triphasic pattern you could be pregnant?if so I would test three days after the rise. I noticed people with a second luteal rise who were pregnant on FF had a positive result by then just by browsing pregnant charts.
