Has anyone experienced cold sore breakouts in early pregnancy?

I'm 9 dpo, completely exhausted, and suspecting that i'm either coming down with something, or a bun is in the oven. this would be our first, so I don't know what to expect. Boobs ache like crazy, been nauseous for days... and now i have a big honking cold sore on my lip... it came out of no where!! I woke up fine, and looked in the mirror an hour later... and TA DA!
